Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms govern your use of Kedigram (the "Service"), including AI fortune-telling and Kedi collection features.
Article 2 — Definitions
① "Service" refers to all features provided by Kedigram, including AI fortune-telling, Kedi collection, and chat. ② "User" refers to any member or guest who accesses the Service under these Terms. ③ "Crystals" refers to the virtual currency used within the Service.
Article 3 — Amendments
① These Terms take effect once posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users. ② The Service may update these Terms for valid reasons within the bounds of applicable law, providing 7 days' advance notice.
Article 4 — Use of Service
① The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional fortune-telling or counselling. ② AI-generated results are for reference only and should not be used as the basis for important decisions. ③ The Service aims to be available 24/7, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.
Article 5 — Crystals & Payments
① Crystals are virtual currency used to access paid features within the Service. ② Crystal purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection law. ③ Unused Crystals are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Article 6 — User Obligations
Users must not: - Misuse another person's personal information - Interfere with the normal operation of the Service - Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties - Use the Service for illegal or socially harmful purposes
Article 7 — Disclaimer
① The Service is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or carrier outages. ② No warranty is made regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results.
Article 8 — Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the Service and Users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction vested in the court of the Service's principal place of business.
