When the service is provided

This is a digital service that becomes available in the app as soon as payment or ordering is complete. For products that require AI generation, processing starts right after the order and the result can be viewed on the result page.

Cancellation & refund policy

Because this is digital content, cancellation or refunds for change of mind are generally not available once the result has been generated or Crystals have been used. If there is a payment error or delivery issue, please contact support.
